1. When will my order arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 days after dispatch. You’ll get tracking details once your package is shipped.
2. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we send a tracking link by email or SMS. You can use that link to follow your delivery in real time.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for many pin codes. If it’s not available for your location, you’ll see the update at checkout.
4. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required.
6. Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are allowed only when the wrong product is received. Size or color changes are not offered unless it’s our error.

8. When will I get my refund?
Once the return is approved and received, refunds are sent to your original payment source. It usually takes 8–15 business days to reflect.

Yes, we add fresh items and weekly drops regularly, so you always have something new to check out.
