Cancellation Policy
We recognize that plans can change, and we aim to make cancellations simple while keeping our order process efficient.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request a cancellation any time before your order leaves our warehouse.

Please include your order number in the message.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Important:
Cancellation requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, or any platform other than our official support channels will not be processed.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still wish to cancel, please accept the delivery and then submit a return request following our Return & Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in the COD option being disabled for future purchases.
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment mode.
Refunds typically show up within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel an order in certain situations, such as:

Product unavailable or discontinued

Invalid or incomplete shipping details

Orders flagged as risky or suspicious by our payment partner
If this happens, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued (if payment was already made).
